On Friday 29th June, Craig from Beeline was invited to play in a charity golf day at Harleyford Golf Club, Marlow.
The events was a fundraiser for research into Multiple Sclerosis and is hosted by Nigel Furmston. First held in 2010 the event has seen growth year on year and through the golf, raffles, side games and an auction continues to raise valuble proceeds into research and improved treatment for this condition.
It was a most enjoyable day (my golf aside, which I am sure amused my playing partners) and while we didn't trouble the winners circle we all had a great day/evening and it was a delight to be asked to be involved.
For further infromation and a bit of background reading into the fundraising undertaken by Nigel and his team there are a couple of archive pieces here from 2014 and 2016.
If you would like to see more regarding the treatments and research being aided by this event you can do so here.
I wish Nigel and his team all the best in their future endeavours.
